We’re problem solvers, storytellers, and liaisons between project stakeholders and Launch team members. We’re the advocates for the client, for their brand, and for their customers, which at times requires pushing others into uncomfortable areas—to show not just what is but what can be.
What we do
We dig. We dig deeper, and we keep digging until we discover what lies beneath what our clients think they want, in order to understand why they want it. We then use our discoveries to create realizable, measurable solutions to identified challenges. We present our recommendations, refine them, deconstruct them. Then we bring the pieces back together to create the best solution for each unique situation. And we make really bad puns and goofy literary references to pass the time. If nothing else, we think we’re hilarious.
How we do it
Strategy lies at the heart of what we at Launch do—from the first discovery call with an initial prospect to the delivery of recommendations for future projects. For this reason, strategists have the opportunity to work across departments, performing functions ranging from customer advocacy to product ideation and management, content strategy, story creation, and marketing strategy and support. How do we do this? With an unbelievable number of spreadsheets, Google Forms, some Word documents, a lot of time on the phone, and reams and reams of discarded printer paper. Trees quiver in fear of us. Seriously.
