Finding their voice
To avoid being dismissed as some sort of vague middleware they needed clear, customer experience-focused branding that would appeal to a variety of buyers. By focusing on Tenfold’s customer service authenticity as our North Star, we helped transform their brand positioning into a jargon-free zone.

We started the project by interviewing Tenfold customers for unfiltered insights about brand personality and values.
Then we conducted our own persona exercises and dove even deeper, researching the customer service technology market and Tenfold’s direct competitors.
As the building blocks for Tenfold’s new voice and tone clicked into place, we were able to reinforce the customer-service friendliness of their product in every element of their branding. Their product and their positioning melded seamlessly.

The Tenfold brand guide serves as a beautiful, single source of truth. It opens with delivering the Tenfold DNA: we introduce archetypes, brand house, core attributes, mission, vision, values, and personas – all of which feed into the overall brand positioning.
It’s a living document that, not surprisingly, also governs messaging, logo use, typography, color palette, and tone of voice. It covers all the things that drive the brand’s day-to-day interactions.

The new website uses customer service language, client testimonials, and role-specific benefits to communicate Tenfold’s unique values. It gives key buyer personas an extremely customer service-friendly user experience.
