Launch, an award-winning digital agency, is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team. At Launch, we build digital experiences that deliver results - we love what we do and the people we work with. And we’d like to add you to our team.

As our office manager, you will help organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication. 

Proficiency in Quickbooks is required

What You’ll Do:

  • Improve company procedures and day-to-day operations

  • Bookkeeping

  • Purchasing

  • Assist with recruiting

  • Assist with employee onboarding

  • Manage benefits

  • Book travel


Desired Experience:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks is required

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant

  • Familiarity with GSuite, MS Office, email scheduling

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to suggest improvements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — must be willing to work in an open-seating team environment
