Pardot asked to create a tool designed to increase qualified leads by telling an engaging story of their software's features.
Reliant upon live demos to explain the software to their prospects, Pardot wanted to offer a self-guided, interactive tour to warm up prospects who weren’t quite ready to schedule a live demo.

The tour consists of 8 tutorials which allows users to input their own data to create and view campaigns, landing pages, and emails through the HTML email builder; score prospects; interact with the lead nurturer; assign leads to sales; utilize the Salesforce connector, and provide closed-loop reporting. Giving users the ability to input their own data and watch the product work is a key feature of the Pardot Interactive Tour, and along with the inclusion of Hot Spots and Did You Know? interactions, increases engagement with the tour.
