Dropbox reached out to Launch for a product guided tour that communicates the value of Dropbox for Business to their SMB customers. The challenge of designing this experience was to direct five unique personas to their own specific benefit within a unified experience.

By partnering with Dropbox, we were able to uncover their prospects’ needs, reveal the key features important to those personas, and communicate the benefits of Dropbox for Business—benefits which surpass those of the company’s better-known, flagship product.
The main menu highlights the major sections of the guided tour. But for those users who prefer to explore rather than be guided, we provided an option for discovering in a non-linear fashion—allowing the user to explore only those features they wish to see.
