Pardot asked Launch to design and build a self-guided product tour for their customers. Their main goal was to create a tool designed to increase qualified leads by telling an engaging story of their software’s features. We created an interactive tour to warm up prospects who weren’t quite ready to schedule a live demo or speak to a salesperson.

The tour consists of eight tutorials which allow users to input their own data to create and view campaigns, landing pages, and emails through the HTML email builder; score prospects; interact with the lead nurturer; assign leads to sales; utilize the Salesforce connector, and provide closed-loop reporting. Our approach was to recreate key elements of product interactivity: giving users the ability to input their own data, drag and drop items and watch the product work. The tour also includes Hot Spots and Did You Know featurettes that provide bite-size pieces of product knowledge.
