To flesh out the first eight case studies, we conducted stakeholder interviews to learn how to best frame the story. From there, our creative, product, UX, and development teams worked together with Salesforce product marketers to create an overarching story of innovation. We created a concept of placing these stories visually inside the new Salesforce Tower—adding a level of authenticity and personal engagement with the struggles faced by Salesforce customers and Salesforce employees alike. To make the experience more fun, we included animations and interspersed Salesforce cartoon critters within photo-real architecture scenes–letting customers see “inside Salesforce.”
Salesforce was so impressed with the Inside Stories project that while it was still in progress, they green-lighted a print version of the asset to be shared with 250,000 Dreamforce attendees.
